All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer $15.00 flat rate shipping Australia wide and free shipping for orders over $150.00.

We offer international shipping to select countries and this will be dependant on Australia Post shipping destinations at the time of placing an order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the total weight of the order.
To obtain a shipping quote, please email email@example.com itemising the items you wish to order, a name, city/Province and Country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zena Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Zena Cosmetics . We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. Due to some products containing sell-by or used-by dates we cannot except returns after 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase for your item is required always. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the item purchased amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
